Auro's reward model is built to make AURO staking one of the highest-yield variable staking experiences in DeFi. The USD1 route is planned as the highest-yield target rail when supported.

- Protocol-based.
- Estimated daily.
- Finalized monthly.
- Paid in USDC or USD1 when available.
- Subject to eligibility and applicable terms.
Daily estimates
The dashboard may show estimated daily rewards, month-to-date rewards, current variable APY, and historical reward cycles.
Daily estimates are not final payouts. They are informational and may change before monthly finalization.
Monthly finalization
The monthly payout process is planned to work like this:
- Auro calculates protocol performance.
- Net distributable rewards are finalized.
- Eligible staker balances and eligibility windows are reviewed.
- Rewards are allocated.
- USDC or USD1 payouts are distributed where available.
- Historical reward data updates in the dashboard.
Variable monthly results
Monthly rewards can differ from the target range because reward capacity, route performance, staking participation, and eligibility can change. Daily accrual remains an estimate until monthly finalization.

Rewards are not fixed APY, fixed income, guaranteed monthly payments, or a claim on partner assets.
